1973 paddle boat rigging – arrgh!

Hard to believe that we used to rig our paddle boats like this in the early 1970s – lines crossing everywhere, complete entrapment nightmares. By the mid-1970s, paddle boats ran clean and eventually got foot cups – and moved away from wooden paddles.
