The sheet has two pages:  one for site functions, one for errors or issues with site content.

If you are seeing an issue on the site, please include the URL of the page, and a specific description so that it can be found and the behavior replicated.

Use the “Priority” field (1=high) to indicate how important this is – functions that don’t work at all or major content errors should be highest.
