FOR action alert in 1976 to ask Federal Office of Mgmt and Budget to limit funding for New Melones Dam

Coming just two years after Proposition 17, this FOR campaign focused on letters to the Office of Management and Budget, to ask them to limit funding for New Melones Dam in the current budget cycle. It was spearheaded by Rob Caughlan, FOR co-founder who also was working in the Carter White House on environmental affairs.
