ARTA guide Suzanne Jordan rowing at South Fork Confluence

Status: Live River
By: Unknown - courtesy of ARTA
Date: May 19, 1974
Description:

ARTA guide Suzanne Jordan (likely – Needs ID) rowing a Rogue River raft at the confluence of the South Fork and the main Stanislaus River. This unusual shot has a lot of water in the confluence riffle (see here for same area in much lower water).  Suzanne learned rowing with ARTA California then went onto a very distinguished career as a Grand Canyon guide. The limestone cliffs in the background are where Shark’s Mouth was located, down at river level.
