Nancy Cassidy remembers the FOR campaigns to save the Stanislaus River

Nancy Cassidy worked as a Stanislaus River guide and became a mainstay in the FOR mid-1970s campaigns to save the river. Here she recalls various campaigns, including time in the Los Angeles area organizing for support of HR 4223, the federal bill that would have made the river part of the Wild & Scenic system.
