Overview of Duck Bar Road

Duck Bar Road started a ways in on Camp Nine Road, then wound down Marianna Gulch to Duck Bar Camp. Hikers often used the road to get down to the river – and it was a central feature in 1971 when Mark Dubois broke his neck diving into the river at night, and help had to be summoned by hiking out Duck Bar Road.
