Rose Creek in the 1960s – during a Wilderness Waterways rafting trip

Martin Litton (later of Grand Canyon Dories) photographed a visit up Rose Creek (the pool on the left was right near the confluence with the Stanislaus, the slide on the right was further up at the first big pool), back when your trip was almost certainly had the entire place to itself. This photo was taken on the same trip as this one of the same area.
