Shedding light on South Fork Falls – written account

This excerpt from Adventures on the Stanislaus, by Frank Eckblom in 1981, places South Fork Falls (maybe called The Baths) at two and a half miles up the South Fork, from it’s confluence with the main Stanislaus River. That would be a fair distance to hike on a river trip, but this account clearly notes that.
