Stanislaus River book is back – order now!

The photo book, “Down the Stanislaus River” is back with a newly revised edition for 2025!

This 40 page hard-bound book has many new photos (300 in total!), filling in places along the river that weren’t fully in the first edition (Rock Garden Rapid, Death Rock Rapid, Six Pack Rapid, South Fork Falls, Sierra Club Rapid, and more!).  It’s also just a bit smaller at 12″  x 10″, but the same great color photography (along with a couple stunning black and whites).  Even if you ordered the first edition, this version is worth having for these updates.

The book is organized the way the river was experienced – mile by mile, from the put in at Camp Nine, all the way down to Parrott’s Ferry and Melones. Each page features a place along the river, illustrated by several beautiful photos from the web site. Sample page images are shown below.
